The idea of ‘Total Living Concept’, or self-contained community, was the primary approach to scheme The Netizen due to market demand and its close proximity to a network of highways and an MRT Station. Located in the residential township of Bandar Tun Hussein Onn, The Netizen is designed as two tower blocks with 536 SOHO units and 660 apartment units with broad balconies. The podium below accommodates shoplots at its first two floors, with office spaces at the third floor. Generously provided amenities are a given to achieve the self- contained approach. Hence, indoor facilities were also provided such as half a basketball court and badminton court for use in either rain or shine. A Sky Deck punctures each block at level 24, breaking the building’s form while function as a platform for residents to enjoy.
