Set in the quaint, low-density neighbourhood of Bandar Sungai Long, Palm Hill Residence is a decently sized development comprising 297 apartment units at 15 floors atop a four-storey podium. At its core, the singular apartment block is split as two offset wings. The simple use of paint and strong vertical fins have assisted to visually break the elongated block. Due to ample at-grade parking below, the podium’s size is proportionate to the overall form. Further vertical landscaping which continues off from the amenities level completes the residential-friendly tone.

The second instalment of Palm Hill Residence in Bandar Sungai Long is almost a doppelganger to its predecessor. At 297 apartments, two types of units ranging from 916 ft2 to 1,916 ft2 are offered, especially for any family unit. The building comprises an 18-storey residential block with two wings arranged perpendicularly to one another, on top a four-storey podium with facilities located on the fourth floor and part of the third floor. The latter accommodates a swimming pool, wading pool, pavilion, changing room, barbeque terrace, a playground, indoor gym and activity room, while the fourth level houses the more formal spaces of a multipurpose hall, surau and management office. Depths on the façade is due to its scheme with balconies for every unit, and a modern-themed coping for fenestration amongst continuous vertical fins that define the edges of the building.
