Currently known as PJ33, the project is the first in Petaling Jaya’s industrial Section 13 to be successfully converted into a commercial development. At a comfortable 1:2.75 plot ratio on four acres of land, its spatial programming is designed to effectively merge work spaces with daily conveniences. The building comprises offices in two six-storey blocks and a 12-storey tower, atop a five-storey podium with an internal voluminous plaza surrounded by retail spaces.

Jaya 33’s design is also equipped with amenities such as conference rooms, a gymnasium, clubhouse, swimming pool and a dedicated bazaar space to add value to the office culture and fostering a holistic lifestyle.
